LUD -- Any Indicator??

Hello Everyone..

Is there any trend on how soon your case might be approved based on when was the last LUD

or

Typically after how many LUDs the probability that your case might be approved soon

Anyone noticed any trend.


For e.g. my LUDs are 06/24, 07/07 -- Total 2 LUD's

It looks like everyone ( or at least most of us) got a LUD on 7/7 or 7/8

Maybe it is because of new internal USCIS bis-spec. changes

140 RFE - Please Help

Hello Seniors/Gurus,
I am new to this forum. I received the following RFE yesterday from TSC on my 1-140. Any help is appreciated. If this is not right place to post please suggest where i need to post.

a) Financial Ability to pay
b) Please submit evidence of the business conducted by the petitioner, such as invoices, bills of sale,and product brochures of goods sold or produced by the company.
c)Please submit a definitive, detailed statement describing the proposed job duties of the beneficiary, including:
1) List of all duties;
2) Percentage of time spent on each duty;
3) Number of subordinate managers/supervisors or other employers who will report directly to the
beneficiary;
4) A breif description of their job titles, duties and educational level; if the beneficiary does
not supervise other employees, specify what essential function within the organization he/she
manages;
5) Indicate the level of authority held by the beneficiery;
6) Indicate whether or not the beneficiary functions at a senior level within the corportation.
Specify his/her postion within the organizational hierarchy;
7) Indicate who provides the product sales/services or produces the product of the business.
d) Please submit evidence of the staffing level of the petitioner. Give the postion titles, duties and educational level of all employees.

Is 6 months unusual??

My wife and I filed concurrently at TSC with RD January 26, 2006.

So far, our i-140 has not be adjudicated (multiple LUDs ending 3/29/06).

So it has been almost 6 months since we filed concurrently without any news on the i-140. Is this unusual? Is this something to be concerned over? Please please let me know.

Here are our details:

TSC, EB2, Concurrent filing, worldwide (RD: Jan. 26, 2006)

My petitions:
FP (walk-in Feb. 11, 2006)
i-140 (Pending - LUDs ending on Mar. 29, 2006)
i-131 (AD: June 28, 2006 after a senator inquiry)
i-765 (Pending - LUDs ending on Mar. 29, 2006 - TSC's responese to inquiry is "additional review is required, which is causing the delay in processing time")

Hello There....

My case is exactly similar to urs filed in march 2006 for i 140 and havent heard a thing.. Infact I got an RFE ....Lawyer submitted the RFE documents and no news.... It was concurrent filing ...

I-485 was approved with 36 days

I checked my status online today and got a big surprise. My I485 and my son's I485 were aproved on July 20. The LUDs were July 21. My wife's LUD was July 21, but her case was not approved.

Following are my information,

I had been waiting for my LC for 3 and half years because my case was transfered to Philadelphia. Many friends got their LCs much earlier because their cases were in Dallas. When I filed my I140 and 485, I thought I still need to wait for another year or more. This is really a big surprise to me.

I got a lot of information from this forum. I really appreciete. I know a lot of people had bad lucks for waiting for LC, FBI name checking or stucking in other steps of green card application. I like to say to all friends in this forum," Please keep your hope, one day it will come true."

By the way, does anyone have the clues why my wife's case was not approved at the same time? Your responses are highly apprecieated.
