Please share the reason for 485 refusal

Sorry to hear about the 485 refusal. Can you please share the reason for 485 rejection?

USCIS apparently said that my 485 was improperly filed (without I-140).
My lawyer is sending it back saying that it was filed with I-140. Now we have the receipt too.

I-140 approved

Hello All,

To day my I-140 has been approved on Jun 30th. Now I need to wait my priority date becomes to current.

Labor - EB2 - Nov 15th 2005
I - 140 - RD - March 8th 2006
I - 140 - AD - Jun 30th 2006

mine is also EB2 category and filed I140 only with receipt date Feb 27th ,nothing so far.Only once on march my case was last updated.Any info please?

EB-1 OR approved

My EB-1 OR (CSC) filed with TSC was approved this morning. received a couple of emails from USCIS.
Below are the case details:

RD- 5/6/06
ND- 5/8/06
LUD- 5/10 and 7/3
AD- 7/3/06.
I-485- retrogressed.

jdk98, filed directly in TSC with receipt date of Feb 27th and nothing so far.

I-140 Approved !!

My I-140 got approved at last (Whew) on 7/5/06.

I had received a RFE (Ability to Pay) since my company has less than 100 employees. Details of my RFE are available in the 'Ability to Pay' thread started by Guru-United Nations.

I-140 approved!

My I-140 was approved today.
I had seen LUDs of July 3rd and July 4th.
Today I received the 2 emails from USCIS.

Hi! As I had mentioned a few posts ago, my I-140 was approved on 7/3. The funny thing is that I am seeing LUDs for 7/4 and 7/5 now. What is that all about? Is it something to do with mailing the approval letter? Any ideas?
 
Any Clues gurus

My I 140 was filed in march. Got an RFE asking about my education details in the month of June. However no info yet. Any guesses whats happening anybody else in similar situation.

There are so many people who got approved within a month...Is my case something to be worried about..

what is your degree duration 3 years / 4 years
is it concurrent filing?

And yes I filed concurrently....Also got my FP done recently....But the 140 is stuck since March for no apparent reason.
