Congrat for all who got approved most recently.

My RFE was received on May 11. And I've seen lots of update around that date but mine is still up in the air. Neither could I see any clear trend on how BCIS sequence aproval. It seems that the R^2 is pretty low for Approval vs. ND or RFE or RFE RD...
 
Got RFE on 4/22 Attorney mailed the response to INS on 5/20 received by INS on 5/21... on 5/28 the Online message changed " saying that they have received the response...

My I-140 Approved on May 28th

Finally a big relief ..after long wait..my I-140 got approved after 2 RFEs'

Nebraska/RIR/EB2/Concurrent
ND 8/27/03
1st RFE 3/12/04- W2, paychecks, company financials
2nd RFE 3/29/04- more details on company financials
2nd RFE received on May 12th 2004and Approved on May 28th 2004.

I485 Fingerprinted 5/15/04, received by USCIS/Nebraska on May28th.
