Submitted RFE recently and waiting for approval

I think that the first update is when they update the system that they have received the RFE. In my case my online status updated on 5/12 that they received my response on 5/11. The second update is probably when they assign it to a officer.

Sometimes if the officer is going on a summer vacation to Europe or something, your case could sit in his queue for a couple of months(...just kidding....but it is a possibility)

Our (Me + Wife) RFE response was sent 5/17/2004 and got FedEx delivery confirmation on 5/18/2004 and Online System updated 5/20/2004, Stating our RFE response was received on 5/19/2004.

Got Approved - RD 02/02, RFE rec'd 04/28

I got approved on 5/19 with the status changing on 5/20. So folks whose rfe dates are closer to mine, your approvals are round the corner. Just hang in there and it's just a matter of time.
I have a separate post with details of my approval.
 
Congrats Calculus.

I think only the ones who have their RD or ND from Feb 02, AND were sent a RFE are getting approved.

calculus, Congratulations on the new found freedom.

Did you receive a RFE on 4/28 or did CIS receive your rfe response back on 4/28.

I have also attached a latest version of the statistics of approvals. I have added todays approvals from rupnet.com
 
immitesting, my rfe was rec'd by BCIS on 04/28.

Thanks guys for the wonderful job on maintaining this spreadsheet. Pretty soon definite trends should emerge and I second Paul. This thread would soon be deluged under a flood of approvals.

My attorney got EVL from the company today, and they would reply RFE to CIS by today, don't know when CIS could receive and update it. :eek: :eek: :eek:

I will post info when I get it.

I am predicting your approval in a couple of weeks. You should be happy. Many of us haven't got second FP notice yet.

Assuming that my case is approved, but pending fresh fingerprinting, your
prediction could come true. I will post any changes to my case asap.

I said that becuase your case is ready for adj. In most case, FP is return to CIS the same day. Depending on how long it take for CIS to "receive" them, you may see some variation.
