Does the Approval depend solely on when the RFE was issued/received ? There may be other parameters like, RD/ND and expiration of FPs that may influence the time taken to adjudicate the case. Just my 2 cents.

You may be right, but I they have been very skwed on all parameters, so I thought it would be best to track on the RFE received parameter. Anyone is free to add any parameters if they want to. Problem is the editor is very difficult to cut and paste from excel ect....

I think its a good idea to look at Rd/Nd to see the trend of approvals.

How about Last updated date???

We need some more approved people to enter their data, so if you know anyone who is approved, please update their data also so that we can know tha approval pattern....if there is any.....
 
i see a small non consequential pattern.. there is an update on 2nd or 3rd business day from RFE response ... mu guess is thats when the file is placed back fro adjudication
