Case APPROVED on 05/10.
This case was approved in a week after received the RFE. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!

PS: I have used the data from rupnet.com and email information send by the user to me.
 
Status change online

My online status now says RFE received on 05/11/2004, but for my wife and son it still says last updated 10/30/2002.

Does this mean that they may not get approval(...I am hoping I will get approval some day) the same time as I will.

My case was approved in 8 days after the RFE response was received. So, you may get your approval soon too. Good luck.

My case detail is:
RD: 09/09/02
ND: 10/25/02

RFE: received 05/06/2004
not responded yet

My question is did anybody got approval without getting 2nd FP.
 
No 2nd FP

My first FP was in April 2003, So it does not expire untill July 2004(15 months....I think). So hopefully I should get approved without having to go for a 2nd FP.

Is there anyone in the same boat

I had gone to India last year and came back using my advance parole. USCIS had the information that I had left US, but somehow didn't know when I came back.

My RFE was issued on 3/26/04. USCIS received the response on 05/06/04 and I was approved on 05/14/04.

USCIS received mi documents on May 11, 2004, I am waiting too.

We have a lot of people for whom the RFE has been received in and around May 11.....Keep posting if you get a case date updated. We may find a pattern.

No Idea....

The more the people post the dates when the CIS received the RFE and when the case status was updated we may see a pattern...

This will not be science .... its going to be more of an art....The same goes with CIS's approval pattern...there is no science in what CIS does
