UPDATE:

The back door diplomacy is going on and there were news that those involved in coming to the final version of the bill are expecting that they will get stuck on ANWR. Now white house is stepping in. Negotiators still have not agreed on whether ANWR should be opened for oil drilling, according to a House aide close to the negotiations. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dy...5/12/12/AR2005121200726.html?nav=rss_politics

The final bill is expected for voting in the Senate and house this week. Majority leader today said that they are hoping to have Deficit reduction bill on floor for voting. We will see more development tomorrow when both House and Senate comes back after the week end.

PLEASE KEEP SENDING LETTERS VIA FAX OR EMAIL. IT IS STUPID ON OUR PART IF WE THINK THAT WE WILL FAX TO THE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ONCE WE KNOW THEIR NAMES AND THEN THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF OUR IMMIGRATION PROBLEM.

URGENT

Senate has adjourned till tomorrow and will meet again at 11.00 a.m.

It's show time.

Tomorrow senate will instruct the conferree's of the "Deficit Reduction Bill". The same thing is also expected in the House.
