@David12345 - while I did ask for evidence of the PM attack you received and you did post it, I cannot act on it because you subsequently engaged in an unacceptable behavior with your follow up posts.
@Asylee11 - while clamoring for me to take action because they attacked you first, you also followed up with a series of unacceptable posts, I therefore cannot act on your request either at this point.
I will however caution you both to desist from bullying and cursing out one other (and other forum members) be it in the forum or via PM. Further violation of the TOS of this forum will result in administrative action against the offender.

They redistribute cases to offices if needed to speed up the process but there is no guarantee that you will get an adjudication soon I’m in same boat as you mine was transferred to more than one month ago it’s been still no update
Ok. I mean since I apply last year,this is first update for this year.

Hello! I don't want to generalize but as far as I know, your I-765 will be denied if you have a pending green card application based on asylum.
Keep in mind that as an asylee, you do not need the EAD to verify employment (but only as ID documentation). the EAD is not necessary even as as asylee only. The department of justice has ample resources online that explain why the EAD is not a necessary document for asylees.
Either way, I wouldn't worry at all!
it makes no sense to accept your I-765 if you'll be getting your green card soon! Did they say why it was denied?
I agree here but also myself had to apply for ead 3-4 times because my new employer requested ead and said ssn with id is not enough…

Had same problem when tried to renew my CDL . They said only EAD could be accessed to get new one. I lost my license due to the issue. Still waiting my GC

I think that guy may be not pay for i765 fees. Same situation with me, I send the i765 renewal applications several weeks ago without check. Then the USCIS REJECTED my renewal for fees reasons. I checked the official fee calculator. It has changed to $410. But I remembered the renewal didn’t charge any earlier this year.Hello! the I-94 (asylum status card) alongside you ssn and id are enough. I think we all have those.
Your employer does not have the right to ask for specific documents if you have those that are enough; legally, they could be liable, and it's your legal right, as outlined by the DOJ, to submit an I-94 alongside a ssn and id
I hope this helps!!you really don't need the EAD; you have the SSN and the ID and the I-94 (issued upon asylum). These documents check the lists required by DOJ. And legally, the employer has 0 right to require certain documents if you have others that work.
