Processing time for green card based on asylum

I did medical with applications. They ask me medical again from west palm beach field office on 07/23/23
I am not sure, but I know that the medical document has a limit term, maybe is expired and they asked for another one…

Hi guys! Recently I applied for my Green Card and just wanted to check with you: how is the movement with USCIS lately? Any good news here? I hope so! I applied for my GC last week and already got the Notice of Action (I-797). They accepted my case on November 7th and today, November 15th, it shows that "Fingerprints were taken" That was fast! What's next?
Pending 1-3 years then an adjudication

Here’s the timeline I’d like to share on my I-485 application:

October 11, 2022

• Status: Fingerprint fee accepted
• Details: Our National Benefits Center location is working on the case.

October 13, 2022

• Status: Fingerprints Taken
• Details: The fingerprints relating to the Form I-485 application were taken.

August 28, 2023

• Status: Request for Initial Evidence Sent
• Details: A request for initial evidence for the Form I-485 was sent.

September 15, 2023

• Status: Response Received
• Details: USCIS received the response for the Form I-485 application.

October 29, 2023

• Status: New Card Is Being Produced
• Details: USCIS ordered a new card and will mail it to the provided address.
Congratualtions!

Did you file I-693 and I-485 together? Is it better to file them together?

Hello everyone, I need your help please, I have a pending I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, about 3 months ago a received a letter from USCIS which were asking RFE regarding my application and it was mentioned in the letter that ( if you have not heard from us USCIS within 60 days of responding, you may contact the USCIS Center), the problem is I have already send the required documents and it is almost 60 days but no response yet and the given number is not helpful, do you have any idea that what is going on with my case? do you have the same experience?

You should wait

even more than 60 days? it is really frustrating, I'm hoping that they have send my case to NVC without changing the status in case tracker ( my illusions).
I’ve been 105 days after submitting no response even after I requested inquiry. They don’t give attention. Wait or sue them. There’s no any other option

Oh my god, 105 days are too much, I went to Emma chat and chatted with an live agent, he or she told me that you can not make an inquiry and since your case is based on asylum so you have to contact the asylum office, I'm really helpless and so frustrated, I'm sure there is a way to solve this problem but I can not find that damn way .

Now contact your congressman and he will help

I am lucky with mine she is the one that helped me to get the interview date and to get i730 approved and I am planning to request her help again soon
yup you are one of the lucky ones but unfortunately most of the congressmen are useless nowadays and aren't pushing the USCIS to move forward the case like the old days!

they sent me the GC 1 month after they transferred my case but i sued them, so they had to send me the decision real quick but without the writ of mandamus i had no idea how long it would take.

Yes yes but if you don’t live in CT that means your GC interview was waived and you will receive the GC sometime from this field office
