Yuren, are you planning to call them after 60 days? Did you hear anyone called and got approval after that?

Question to Poobala and others who got RFE on 6/3/05

Poobala and others who got RFE's on 6/3/05, did you guys know what kind RFE was issued. I am still waiting for the document from my lawyer, he said he hasnt got it yet. Please update this forum so that we can share and act.
 
My lawyer replied to RFE yesterday. I am hoping that I will get an approval before the end of this month.
 
My lawyer sent the RFE reply on Monday and my LUD just updated now to say that they have received the reply. I'll keep posting any updates.
 
cfiler, Can you please tell what are all the documents you and your companay sent in response to your ability to pay RFE.

I'm not quite sure of the details. It's a letter from a financial officer explaining our funding, and confirming the ability to pay me since my PD and on to the future plus several financial documents such as annual reports.
 
Nothing too big to report, but my 140 LUD has changed to today's date without a message change.

Still no reply from my lawyer. I am also curious to know about the RFE details.
I'll update immediatly if I get any details of it.

I140/485- RD 01/07/05
I-140RFE- 06/03/05.LUD again on 06/06/05.(without message change)
 
Not sure if I should even bother posting this but I'll do it for the benefits of others who may go through this stage in the near future. My LUD updated again today with no message change - details in my signature.

Cfiler, my LUD also changed today

RFE RD: 06/08/05, lUD: 06/09/05 AND 06/10/05 with same message.

My rfe was on: Exp. letters, Engineering Transcripts and ability to pay.

Feeling very tense.. hope our i-140 approve in couple of days..
 
When you say "LUD" has changed, do you go to the USCIS.gov website to observe this, or for this type of change you get an automated e-mail, provided you've configured it to do so ?

Marlon2006 - I check the website a couple times a day to see if the LUD has changed. Emails are not sent out unless the message changes.

Hi Cfiler and NSCTX, my LUD also changed to today after replying to RFE.
 
I have no clue why I got rfe.
My rfe is about education evaluation. Mine is 4 years degree in engineering and I have submitted all my transcripts with degree certificate.
LUD changed twice after they received response.

I-140 : RFE on 05/11/05. (Education Evaluation).
RFE reply received: 05/23/05.
LUD changes (05/25, 05/26)

Hi cfiler,

First of all, I hope your I-140 will be approved very soon, say next week.

I saw in your signature that you have the dates for "FP clear" and "name check clear". I did my fingerprints 5/25, and LUD change 5/25, 5/26, and stop. No online message change. I called FBI. They told me the results for fingerprints was sent back to USCIS on 5/25 and it was not a rejection. Is this "FP clear"? If not, what is "FP clear" and what is "name check clear"? and how to check it? Thanks in advance.
 
Thanks! I was hoping for an approval today so that I could go celebrate with my friends tonight, but I'll take an approval ANY day! :)

The namecheck is separate from the fingerprints. To see if your namecheck has cleared, send an email to fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov with your full name, your A#, your birthdate and country of origin and they'll tell you when they completed the check or if it's still pending. They take a good 3-5 months to reply, so be patient.

Do we get notice for name check also same as FP?

Man.. I've done FP on December 2004. And nothing has been changed NO LUD also .. I've called FBI they told me that, they did forward the results same day to INS.

Any thing I need to worry about? Can we check USCIS for status?
