NSC I-140 RFE Experiances

RFE on 140

Hi guys,

I received RFE e-mail. I don't know anything about the details of it. I guess it may the same " ability to pay" as many our folks experiencing it now from
NSC.

EB2/India/140 & 485 ND 01/07/05.
RFE ND 06/03/05.

Guys (grnlight,yuren,cfiler,newnimmi and others), Pls post here any updates on your case. NSC is taking unusual time in processing the RFE response.

No updates on my case.

But as I told you before, a lot of people still get fast approval after RFE response, I am not lucky enough to be in that group.

I-140 NIW and EB-11 filed @ NSC on May 2005:

RFE for NIW issued on 1/26/2005, Response for RFE received 4/19, I-140 LUD
1/26/2005, 5/16, 5/17, 5/25, ???

RFE for EB-11 issued on 1/26/2005, Response for RFE received 4/19, I-140 LUD 1/16/2005, 4/19, 5/18, 5/19, ???

The way NSC is processing the RFE response is based on what kinda of RFE is being issued or how simple RFE is? The more the complicated(A2P, Educational and etc) RFE is, the more time in processing the RFE response.
I beleive we will all get lucky soon.
 
I140 - RFE recd 6/3/05

Guys, I got an email saying that USCIS sent a RFE, I dont know what it is about? I am very tense, how long it take to get the actual RFE notice? I hate to be one of those unlucky guy always.

It should take 3-5 days normally. Relax. You are not the unlucky one as evidenced by this thread growing! You are not unlucky, you are the chosen one. :rolleyes:

Don't fret, you attorney should able to handle the RFE.

Well, rate of RFE getting increased compared to approvals from NSC. In other words, we see more RFE's than approvals everyday.
 
140 Approved!

Hi all,
Just now received an email from attorney that they received 140 approval. Didnt get an USCIS status change or email received indicating the approval. Good luck to you all and my prayers will always be for you to overcome any obstacles you might face as always..
Hope to see you all in the 485 forum soon.

Congratulations sriram1975. My RFE was received on the same day as well. Hoping my approval gets soon.

You should see your approval soon. Were theere any LUDs after they received rfe reply? Good Luck.

Thanks. There was change in LUD on 05/23. Still waiting for approval.

Two weeks past, birthday past, still nothing.
Yuren said average 2 weeks if not consider very unlucky. :(

I saw a lot of approval in March and April short time (a couple of days to a week) after responding to RFE. However, in May and early June it is getting much slower. Am I right?

I'm one of the lucky ones to get a fast approval after RFE reply. I think the approval after RFE receipt is dependent on type of rfe.
