NSC I-140 RFE Experiances

My I-140 RFE Details - NSC

I got a RFE for my I-140 asking additional evidence for A2P.

My Details :
PD : August 2002
Labor Approved : May 2004.
140 & 485 File : Nov 2004
EAD : Jan 2005.
FP , Biometrics has been completed.

I-140 RFE is issued on April 29 2005.
Replied on June 15 th.
They updated a message saying that , 'Response is received , It may take 150 to 180 days .....

Is this really takes 5 months to verify the response for RFE.
Can you guys please post your ideas?
 
lLUD changed 4 days and no more action!!

I think approval depend on RFE, simple RFE's are approving fast.. Myne is Ability to pay + Engg. trasnscripts + Exp. Letters..

Hope so, I'll get approval!!

Same here. 4 days and stopped. God knows whats gonna happen..

I am in the same boat as you. RFE on ability to pay. Replied back on June 10th. LUD changed on June 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th. But no decisions yet.

I guess if you have the same officer as cfiler, you will probably get two approvals for both I-140 and I-485 next Monday. Keep us posted.

My office code is RLG EX251. Not sure which officer worked on cfiler's case.

I wish you best luck. I have no idea how long I need to wait. It has been two months after my attorney replied RFE, although LUD changed a couple of times, but no approval yet.

My officer code was SNG104. The only other person I know who had the same officer also got both of his applications approved concurrently.
 
RFE issued on 6/14 for my 140.. RFE details

Recent pay stub

GOOD for you. If it stops tomorrow and Wednesday you may expect approval or need to wait 8 to 9 business days from tomorrow. Cfiler got approval after 4 days lud changed and paused for oneday. So you may be lucky if it gets approved on wednesday. Good luck to you and me and all others who are waiting for approvals after responding to RFE.

Nu Update for Today

RFE Response rcvd on June 15th.

Still shows same message saying that 'We have received your response on 15 th.....' .
There is no update for last 4 days.
 
It is kind of quite day for folks in this thread. Hope we get busy this week with approvals. ALL THE BEST.
