NSC - August 2004 Filers

FP Notice from NSC

FP notice from NSC seems to be quite random. There are people who did not get FP since a year and there are guys who got FP notice within one week.
Well early FP means nothing wrt the processing time for I-140 and EAD and without FP -- 485 should not be processed... barring my friends case where it was approved without FP and 140 -- :p

July140 Same here.
Filed 140/485/EAD/AP with NSC more than a month ago. Still no receipt. And I'm so frustrated, because I will move soon.

Did you get directly mail from CIS for FP appointment ? ( I assume that your employer/Attorney Received the Receipt Notice of 140/485/765/131)

I got a mail directly from CIS.Not sure if my lawyer got one to, but im sure he would have got one too !!

So your attorney Received all the Receipt Notices, and he forwarded to you. Is it right ? But you got your FP separately.

Just trying to understand whether the RN & FP will come together or separate ? And CIS will generate RN & FP the same time or one after other

Did your Attorney file G28 ?

No i did not get any Reciept Notices from NSC. All i got was an email from my lawyer giving my Receive Dates and 4 LIN #'s for I 140/485/AP/EAD
and i check the status online.

I think i signed a G28 while applying. Then in the mail i got the Fingerprint Notice alone with date and time for FP

Dont think the Reciept Notice and the Fp would come togther.

CIS was running Pilot program to adjudicate concurrent applications within six months down the line.
