Steps after receiving recruitment instructions

Hello,

My lawyer informed me that we've received the RI last week. I wanted to know how I can follow up on this process. Do I keep checking the AJB to see if my case is listed by Team Exceed or are these ads placed in some newspaper? Any info will be helpful.

No RRI yet

It has been 35 days since my recruitment is over. No RRI yet.

Recruitment Period - 3/9/2007 to 4/9/2007.

I'm still waiting for RRI as well. I thought you got it already from what you posted here. All this waiting makes me kind of nervous regarding how many people could have responded taking into account this very long delay that BEC needs to process them all. My field was computer specialist and I assume it was pretty popular :( Yours?

Anyone who got the RRI with any IT specialty, can you share how many resumes you got? Also what is the specialty?

My job title is System Analyst, but working duty are all computer relative, my lawyer has contacted BEC and they said that they are doing match up response of Ad and cause slow.

My recruitment ended on 4/11 and no RRI yet.
Lawyers told me to provide references for next step from previous jobs which tells me they must have the RRI but don't want to share with me.
I have been in this company for 7 years.... it's heck even finding the companies leave alone getting references...:rolleyes:
 
PLease let me know what is the next step?

My Job posted in AJB on March 1st. My recruitment periond ended on April 13th.
My lawyer keep saying second step is to send Recruitment Report to DOL and she is waiting for the notice from them. Any one has any idea what is that notice and how long it takes to receive that after recruitment period is ended? My PD is current now. I am not sure if she is doing the right thing.

I would suggest to check with your lawyer or call DBEC as the last day of your final docs would be coming sometime soon. For me, the last day of reply was May 15 and since your case is near to mine it should be coming soon as well.

Looks like if there's zero application responding to an AJB ad, BEC usually sends out RRI in just 4 days after the ad was removed, otherwise it's uncertain how long employer will receive it.

As you can see from my signature that my Case Type was changed to RIR on May 09, and my hope was to get a good news by the end of this week. However, the news came a lot earlier than expected - and I don't mind it :D

My job ad was posted AJB on April 24th and the lawyer received recruitment instructions so my company will be posting the ad in the paper this weekend on May 18th, 19th and 20th. Does the recruitment period end on May 24th (1 month since AJB ad) or is it going to be May18th to June 18th. Also how long does it take after recruitment period ends to get the labor certification?

My PD is current now and i am worried that the cut off date may shift back in July before I can get a labor approval

Don't think you can do it now , since the deadline for conversion was april 1 2007.If you are traditonal then you are pretty much struck until the backlog centers decide what to do with all the traditional cases that are pending

Same here. My job post was just removed from AJB on 5/12/07. Wondering how long it will take to receive RRI, too.

Is there any one who recently received RRI? If so, please post and let people like me know. Please also post the recruitment end date (or AJB removal date) if possible.

Same here. Recruitment period ended on 4/30. No RRI yet. I hope it's not going to take couple months for them to process it. I heard somewhere on this forum that if your job is in IT industry they got so many resumes that it takes time to sort through all of them.
 
Waiting for RRI

My AJB job posting was removed on May 7th, and I have not yet received the RRI.

Can those who received RRI comment on the rough time between job posting removal from AJB and receiving RRI?

Mine is not IT job, but I am still waiting for RRI.
 
RI's recieved.

after recruitment pd is over dont' you get your LABOR CERTIFICATE?
im confused; because some ppl are waiting for there RRI'S?...
