one of the RFE cases got approved(after 3 months)..

===========

The more RFE's the more delays.. I do not know why this is happening so much consitently since last week.. This was not the case for 3 weeks before this last week..

In my case, about 6 to 8 colleagues of mine had their 140 applications sent in on the same day. If this is the case, and if one of the applicant has an RFE, on the company records for example, then the rest of the applicants are also going to get an RFE.

While we dont know that the cases adjacent to one another are from the same company, it is a highely likely scenario. May be this explains why these RFE are always bunched together.

Then again, I ain't a whiz in the operational details of BCIS, and can only hypothesize.

Enjoy your Friday.

jaika,

Your logic sounds reasonable and I wish that is the reason..

but, sometimes it so happens that the same day only RFE's are sent without any approvals.. this happened for 3 days last week.. If they know that the particular company's employees have to be given RFE's then it should take about 1-2 hours for putting 6-7 cases into RFE's and then go to other cases to approve.. I didn't see that happen last week..

Anyway, the problem would come when the RFE's are recieived and they will again take time to approve, and if this cycle continues, then , this NSC will also become like other service centrer which are currently taking almost 1 year to approve I-140 cases.

since last month I see that these officials are approving cases randomly without any consistency.. and that sucks.. I do not understand why they do not take cases one day at time and approve, like they do for EAD and AP...

I agree with dasarihp. I think one particular officer is issuing just RFEs for almost all the cases. If he or she finds little problem in the petition, then he/she is issuing RFE. Looks like he/she needs some more training and has to use little common sense.

I ran the script today for Sept 24, 2004 and one case (50641) got approved on March 03, 2004. So they have started processing Sept 24 cases also.

No approvals or RFE's for 09/10/2003 cases

I ran the scanner for 09/10/2003. No changes. I believe they forgotten that date '09/10/2003' do exist.:D :p

Kumar74, what is your company's profile

What are the number of employees, revenues and financial status of your companby. I believe it matters

What are the possible reasons that I-140 get approved so fast

What are the possible reasons that some of I-140 approval are so fast. Is it company's profile, what factors other than stupidity of BCIS may cause to get I-140 approval faster.Any comments guys.
