Any approvals? Just called to check my case status ND 05/04/02 EB-2 RIR.....same disappointing message...90-180 days.....

Please post any new updates/approvals.

is it straight face or side face . Is the background is same as candian processing

From the postings on the instrack website, the most recent approvals are for the receipt dates in the last week of April.
So looks like we are not too far behind.
 
Approved Sept 2nd. ND May 6th

AD: 09/02,,, Yes it is a bit wiered to be approved for an immigrant worker on a labor day.

Are u done? What was your EB, RD, ND and AD?
I still get the standard msg when I call. I am under EB2 Masters with ND of 5/10 and on instrack website, the closet I have seen is ND 4/24 that got approved around 9/4 I guess.
