Hi Folks,

It seems that in the last 10 days there hasn\'t been a single approval for I-140 regardless of category or ND.
Does anybody know what is going on????

Question:

What if Ibefore 140 is approved and , I switch to another company, can I come back to the previous company and resrart the process?
 
Yang: as long as your previous employer is willing and cooperate

and provide convicible documents, shouldn\'t be problem, and you don\'t need to restart the process, the I-140 can continue if they are OK with it (just my thinking).

It all depends on your previous company.

Hi,
Good news atlast from INS,Vermont.Yesterday I came to know through AVM that my I140 has been approved on 06/17/02.
Here r my details.
EB3
EAC # 02124.....
MD 02/22/02
ND 03/04/02
AD 06/17/02

I wish everyone to get their 140 soon.Now I feel the Vermont is doing fast again.Will catch u all in I 485.

GC for a job in the future

As far as I can advice u.
does not matter where u are working currently as "GC is for a job in the future" and as long as your company is willing to hire you in the future at the time of your gc approval you should not have a problem during your 140 stage.
 
140 info

does not matter of what stage your I-140 is. As long as at the time of GC receipt you work for the company that applied for your GC petition , for a reasonable amount of time[Various factors to this clause].
 
Times moved out

Have you noticed that the VSC has moved out times they need to work on I-140 cases? It says they need about a 90-180 days to work on an I-140 case now. http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/vt.html
 
Hey guys any new approval. Rammy , Paks please get back. Did you check your status? Anyone has any idea why this long......

I did check my case around 11:00 EST on 7/8/02 and it still says the same old status...
"...receipt has been mailed ... it would take 90-180 days..."
Did anybody else from Rapidigm around my time line get an approval?

Vacation time in the northeast

It's a prime vacation time in the north-east. June, July, and August(at least half of it) are
bad. We can see better progress once they are
back from the vacation. Just hold onto your hopes.
