Medical report

You can get the medical report upto 1 year in advance for the 485 processing. It has to be through an INS certified doctor in your locality. It is better to have the Medical report and the INS ADIT style photos ready to avoid the delay in filing the 485 applications.

Tracking system

Hi guys,
 I saw your postings for tracking the dates. There is a site which does that. You will need to fill exactly the same details. In fact you will also be able to see the previous months approval and figure out the time frame. Rather than every person copy paste the previous message all you need to do is go and fill individual entries and you will see everyone\'s entries for that period. It helps me track my application .Hope it does the same for you.

I-140 Reciept not received

Dear Gurus,

My attorney mailed 140 papers on april 24. Did not received reciept., is there anyone with same situation. Please help what should I do to get information on the same.
 
When is the EAC case# number assigned.....

When is the EAC case# number assigned? Can I find that in the receipt notice? My 140 was filed 2 weeks ago.

It\'s when they cash you check

If you sent your personal check, then you can verify that your check was cashed, my experience is the above. Also , HEY guys keep this tread grow man.
