Let\'s get the May tracker started:

Here\'s my info:

PD: 04/27/2001
I-140 Filing (Mailing) Date: 04/30/2002
RD: Not yet received
ND:
AD:
 
I140 - waiting for AD

Guys,
My RD was 02/24/02
My ND was 03/04/02

But I don\'t see any approval for my case.
My EAC ic EAC 02 124 .....
Anybody got approval closer to myn..

How much time for I140

Hi!
Can any one tell me how long does it take to process I140. I applied I140 on April 25th 2002.

Check AVM it says :currently taking 150 to 240 days to process
such Applications. Not sure as it is common Message for all
EB2,EB3 cases or its just for EB3 Cases.

What is your RD ?? Are you EB2 or EB3 ??

How long it takes tob get i140 cleared

I got my labour cleared from boston by end of march. My lawyer will file my i140 by end of this week. Can someone tell me how long will it take to clear i140?

EB3 about 2 months or a little less... EB2 is taking longer, from 2 months to 3 months

I 485 Groudworks

Does anyone here know what can be kept ready for 485 so as to minimize the time loss for filing 485?
I have already given the necessary docs to my attorney. I am talking about Medical examinations and stuff like that. Do we have to get it done by any certified doctor or can we go to our own doctor?

My I 140 is approved

My case has been approved today. I came to know this when I called the INS case status check telephone (AVM).

EB2
MD: 3/16/02
ND: 3/24/02
AD: 5/14/02
