May 2002 I-140 Tracker

help/advice please

I understand a few cases with I-140 RD after May 15, 2002 have been approved. My RD is also May 15, 2002 but still pending ..WHY ? is this normal or does this warrant on something ? PLEASE ADVISE.

INS has really displayed some speed in last 2 weeks, yes my case (I-140) was also approed.

Hey Rammy, Any luck. I see some of cases been approved for May 30th. Did you hear anything. I still waiting.

No Luck yet..Still waiting..I see that lot of people from May are still waiting for 140 approval..I hope things will change soon.

Finally, My I-140 was approved on Nov 27th. Notice date was May 28th 2002. Good Luck to still waitng Guys.

Congrats..Have Fun..Some ray of hope..I have the same ND date 5/28/2002..But I am EB2(b+5)..Still waiting for I140 approval.

Today I saw those golden words --
"This case has been approved. On December 12, 2002, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."
