Our LUD's look similar. Is any thing happening to you ? Well I received my EAD card few days back too. Keep me posted.

Thanks

Just so you know, guys, those LUDs mean something. I had an LUD on approved I 140 on 7/28 and a week after I got LUD on my I-485 (8/3). Then, two consecutive LUDs on 8/5 and 8/6. I got the Card Production Ordered email last night (8/8).

Nothing happened to me so far, LUD on approved I-140 on 7/28, and then nothing on I-485.

The facts that we know:

1. Only 140 and AP (either approved or pending) got massive LUDs while 485 and EAD did not.
2. Only TSC cases got massive LUDs and not NSC.
3. There is a pattern of when massive weekend LUDs occured depending on the receipt number:
07/07 - SRC03...
07/14 - SRC04...
07/22 - SRC05...
07/28 - SRC06...
08/05 - SRC07...

My theory is that TSC run out of physical space to hold a few years worth of new applications to be received in a month until August 17. They decided to move 140/AP files to free up some space. They might moved them to different shelves, different rooms, different local storage facility or, for approved cases, even to the cave (a long-term USCIS storage in the abandoned mine in Missouri). Such relocations generated massive 140/AP LUDs across the board. Such relocations could indeed happened on weekends by junior/contractor staff in order not to disturb the work of adjudicators on workdays.

This is only a guess. But because we are all in a guessing game about these LUDs, this guess is as good as any other.

If your theory is true, I should have seen same thing for 1st EB2 Oct 2004 I-140 right? I am seeing only LUD for 2nd I-140 which is EB3 Sept'2002.

FYI - I have requested USCIS in May'07 to adjudicate my I-485 based on 2nd I-140.

hmm..

Here is what happened with my case..

Receipt Number: SRC05 - H1 (2005) - LUD 7/14
Receipt Number: SRC06 - AP (2005) - LUD 7/22
Receipt Number: SRC06 - 140 (2005) - LUD 7/22
Receipt Number: SRC06 - H1 (2006) - LUD 7/22
Receipt Number: SRC07 - AP (2006) - LUD 8/5

2nd FP/Bio notice 7/23, then LUDs on 485 - 7/25 (noid), 7/26, 8/7 (bio), 8/8 (bio)..

Hi, Boybob,

Encouraging news. I also got LUD on 7/28 on my last year approved I-140. But there is no LUD for I-485. Hope it is a good sign.
