LUD on Approved I-140

My Approved LUD changed Aug 5th

It is another sunday!! as per somebody'd logic.
485 filed for all family members last month. Got FP notoce last week.
May be they are linking 140 and 185 in system !!

My case is very simillar as yours, the same PD ,filing date and the 140 approval date and also i have seen an
LUD on my 140 on sunday....dont know what could that mean. I had an LUD on my approved 131 also on sunday...keeping my fingers crossed...
 
I read in some other board that when you file i-140 and then file i-485 they have to link the 2 of them togeter.
When you file them together they are already linked.
 
My application was linked from the start. Concurrently filed on Oct5th 2006, EB1-OR. I did see a LUD on 07/28/07, on approved 140 and AP, even my spouse AP had a LUD on the same day. My understanding it might not be linking process, but again it is USCIS anything might be right and/or wrong.

8/5 LUD on Approved 140 along with renewal EAD

Same here - I 140 was long approved (on Jan 11 07) and forgotten (no LUD-s since then). But I had a LUD this weekend - on Sunday 8/5!

I was scared, because I have already invoked AC21 and changed jobs. I have also sent AC21 paperwork to USCIS (along with G28). Later I called (POJ technique) and verified that they "have the new G-28". Though they did not confirm that they have the AC-21 on file ("can't tell that sir"), I guess that they must have it - because both G-28 and that letter was sent together.

Anyway, I was scared because a LUD on approved 140 is not a good sign - it may mean my previous employer is revoking the 140. Though USCIS is supposed not to react to such bull**** request because I have a AC21 on file, God knows why they love to overlook their own rules.

But the posts in this thread is giving me hope - may be it was a "housekeeping LUD" after all. My EAD renewal was pending, and I have a LUD on that for 8/5 as well - and a status change: "Card production ordered". Hurray! Surely if my 140 LUD was due to NOID issuance, they would not have approved by EAD renewal on the same day? Experts?
 
I think it was more like an automated process over the weekend, because a lot of people got lud in approved i-140

I too saw LUDs on 8/5 for my I-140 that was approved more than 6 months ago and on APs that were approved back in March. No new LUDs for I-765s that were approved in April.

Still waiting for LUDs (mainly approvals) for I-485.

LUD 08/05/07 on approved AP/131 - this time its latest AP (2006-2007). I have my Bio scheduled for tomorrow and will be responding to NOID on skin TB this week...interesting!

I also saw same thing first LUD was on approved I140 on 7/28 and i ignored
then again yesterday on I131. Not sure whats going on.

Got the same LUDs on my I-140 and I-131, but my I-140 has not been approved yet. It is probably just some batch system update, but it looks like it is only happening for TSC cases.
 
I got 07/28/2007 LUD on my 09/2006 approved I-140.
The 8/5/2007 LUD on my 03/2007 approved I-140 and 01/2007 approved I-131.

If this round of mass update is about file consolidation/connection. According to
i485sop doc, does this mean these cases passed background check and ready for adjudications?

I have a real quick question on my I-140 processing. As of this morning the status of I-140 on CRIS website says that the last update on this form was today. When I open the form, I don't see any change. Wat does this mean?? Are they working on it or shall I get prepared for any unplanned surprise?? Any light on this subject will be appreciated.

Also, wat is LUD???wat does it stand for??

I just saw LUD Sunday 08/05/2007 on already approved I 140 (approved in Nov 2006)

Interesting that they are working on the weekends also,
 
Same here. LUD on approved I-140 and AP on 8/5, which is Sunday.

Seems like some sort of automated process rather than someone actually touching our applications.
 
at least in my case..

I have noticed LUDs on 485 following LUDs on 140 and APs and after I looked at the process document posted on this thread, I do believe theres some connection..I may be wrong but hey..
