LUD on Approved I-140

100% of my sampled I-140's had a LUD of 7/28

My I140 was approved June 2006 and had a LUD of 7/28/2007

So I went to USCIS.GOV and did online case status for about 50 cases for I-140's approved around May / June 2006.

I found that 100 % of my sample had LUD of 7/28/2007

What do you guys infer from this?
 
I belive all the cases who have changed LUD in July time frame will be approved in August/September, before next year quota comes.....

I am on positive side , ofcourse every one :)

My 2006 approved I-140 had one more LUD today and nothing changed in my I-485. I donot know what is happening in my case. However, my 485 file is in memphis local office so I don't expect any changes in LUD/online message as local offices don't do these things. TSC is cooking something on my I-140.

Good info. but how did you get 50 case numbers? How did you do that, otherwise?

update on my case..

Received NOID today. Its dated 07/25 (that explains LUD, I guess). Its on TB Skin test. So I will get it done next week..

I had an LUD on I140 today (Aug 5th). Also had LUD on I131 yesterday and today.

My details

Labor Pd: May 2003
I140 AD: Nov 2006
I485/EAD/AP : RD:June 21, ND: July 24th (Got receipts by calling USCIS. Did not receive receipt notices or FP Yet)

I140 LUDs : 11/21/2006,08/05/2007
I131 LUDs : 07/26/2007,08/04/2007,08/05/2007

Looks like they touch approved I-140s on Sundays. Whether it's just housecleaning/archiving exercise or it's related to I-485 processing remains a mystery :confused: My approved I-140 (AD 05/2006) got a LUD on 7/28, since then no action whatsoever on I-485
