LUD on Approved I-140

There was a LUD on 7/7/2007 on my I-140 which was approved on 1/19/2005

Any idea what's going on?

Did any one in similar situation?
 
LUD on Approved I-140 and AP.

6/30/07 I got LUD on approved i-140. Today i got LUD on AP approved back in 2004.

LUD on 07/07/07

Same for me....I got an LUD on I140 which was approved in March'2004.

I called up TSC on 07/06/07 (a day before the LUD) and I was told that my FP was not received yet and the visa# has not been assigned yet.

I guess the LUD on I140 doesn't mean anything.
 
I'd one on my 140 back on 5/2006 ! My AP and EAD in Oct. 2006 appoved in 7 days. Got FP2 and now waiting.

I would ignore it unless there are LUDs on all 485 cases as well.

I had one too.......... on my already approved I-140. The LUD happened when I submitted my I-485.

LUD on 7/7/7.
I had an LUD change on an AP application that was approved in 2004. Wonder what it is...but as somebody mentioned here, it could be an FP notice.

I had an infopass appt on Friday and I spoke with an IO lady. She told me that there could be a lot of things happening this week and next week. She said that there will be a lot of approvals by the end of septermber. Also, she mentioned that once an FP is given, it will only take a week for 485 to be approved.
So let's be hopeful and wait for the good stuff to happen.

Hi Guys,

Mine too had LUD on 7/7/07 for many Approved applications (current and prev H1 (I-129), I-140, Previous AP which were approved previously in 2004 and 2005 begenning) My FP is aslo current till Oct 23. 07 so for my case it's not for FP

It looks like they are touching all the old cases(PD 2001 and 02) and all the cases I-485 received in 2004(I guess). Keep updating this there might be something going on with all those who had LUD's on I-140.
 
I have LUD's 7/7/7 on my approved 140 as well. Also on older 131. None on 485.

I hope you were right. The kind of luck I usually have, I doubt it. Thanks for wishing good for us though. Last time I had LUD...they were counting the number cases so they can retrogress in 2005 :) I was current back then. This is my 3rd attempt at GC. Its been 9 yrs since my first H1... and been working since 96 with CPT/OPT etc... Career already in the drain..I don't have any motivation left.
 
Same here. The LUD was on my first AP and not on the other ones.
You are right. This GC process has taken a big hit on my career too. Sometimes I really wonder if it is worth all the effort and sacrifices.

Will wait and see!!
 
Got 3rd FP notice after I140 LUD change

LUD changed on approved 140 in June, got FP code 3 for July 3. My PD is July 2003. Original LC.
