LUD on Approved I-140

I've LUD's on my I140: 7/25, 7/26 & 8/5
485: 7/25, 7/26
AP: 8/5

8/9: CARD production ordered.

Just noted LUD on spouse's 485

Her last LUD on 485 was Nov 25th ,2006 and a few mins ago I see
a LUD on 08/10/2007.

My 485 had a LUD on July 22 ,07 and then on July 27,07 . One on 22nd
could have been due to change of address that I had initaied in June(iT takes 30 days or so or them to update) and then later on 27th I spoke with TSC IO.
IO told me that my wife's address wasn't updated and then she did that.However my 485 resulted in a LUD on that day.

Like other folks I had 7/28 LUD on 140's and 131's and then 08/05 LUD on this year's approved 131's.

Don't know what exactly is cooking.

Hey Guys-
I also have mysterious LUD first on my approved I-140 and me and my wife's first expired travelling documents on 07/22 then another LUD on me and my wife's 2nd travelling document on 0805 and 08/08 respectively......but there is no LUD on I-485.

My case has been pending since Aug 2005 and I am stuck up in name check.........

Guys do you see any hope after these LUDs.........?

I got an LUD on my 140 on 08/05 which was approved on Dec 2006. Also LUD on my I131 on 08/12 which was approved on 07/23.

There is a LUD today 08/12/2007 on my pending I-131 , My response for 1-485 RFE is not yet received by TSC.

Well I got my wife's EAD approved on 10th after many LUDs on 140 and 131 , old H1Bs and 485.

Hi guys,

Please see my signature... there does seem to be connection, but dont count on it 100%. I had my colleague, same exact PD, RD 5 months later than mine, whose GC aproved email was received coulple months before mine, but one full month after LUDs, if that helps anyone.

Just hang in there guys, we are riding a good time, old timers should remember the days when nothing would change for months/years...

There is no corelation between 140 LUDs and 485 approvals. LUD's seem so be something routine or something that is mostly common for all cases. This is Same as having a Notice Date, difference is that the reason is unknown.

For example, if all of us have same notice date, that does not guarantee that everybody will get approved together either. Look at my signature, I had LUD over a month ago

I got LUDs on I-140 and AP, I was hoping this has something to do with namecheck clearence. But, to day I received a letter from FBI as response to my letter to FL stating my namecheck is in process. The letter was dated July 23rd. So all these LUDs may be housekeeping.

Someone has reported it as linking of I-485 with approved I-140.
I haven't received any LUD on approved I-140 till now, so don't know.

Nothing with I485... Namecheck is still in progress...

Related to revoke the application ?

I have got LUD (08.19.2007) on my approved I-140 and 1st APs for me and spouse.

Is there any way we can think this is because of previous employer revoke the application.... or it is common now a days for everyone whose I-485 is in final stage....

I guess it is not related to revoke the application since there were LUDs on I-131 also....please share with your comments....

I140 - LUD hasn't been updated after the approval

Guys,

I submitted I140 on 11/14/06 (NSC), upgraded to PP on 06/27/07. It was approved on July 2 and the receipt date was July 21.

The thing is that online LUD wasn't updated since 6/30/07... It's still "Received and pending..."

Is that normal? Could somebody shed some light on this situation?
