Any Idea how many got their GC with LUD on 140/131/H1B?

LUD on I-140 yesterday
I got a LUD on I-140 on 11/04/2007
FP done on 10/22 and after that 2 LUD's on 10/22 and 10/26

I also got an LUD yesterday on one H1 (I-129) approved in 2003.
But not change on 485, same 03/27/07...

I think the following is a likely scenario:
DISCLAIMER: The following steps are based on educated guesses and recent trends. Any similarities to any person or actual events is entirely coincidental.
a) An automated batch job kicks up some dirt on the weekend and looks at the oldest pending cases (mostly stuck in name check) and picks out a fixed number of cases. Move on to step (b).
b) The process presents the old selected cases to the IO on Monday.
c) IO looks at the cases one by one checking to see what the cause of the original delay was and if anything has changed since the last time the batch process ran. If answer is Yes, go to next step (d). If answer is No, go to step (f).
d) If the IO sees that the cause of delay (eg. Name Check) is clear now, he/she looks at the rest of the case and checks if there is anything missing.
e) If there is anything missing (eg. FP, Medical tests, paystubs etc), the IO generates an RFE or FP notices.
f) Since there is no change and the delay (NC etc) has not been answered, send file back to the pending stack, to wait for the next instance of batch process.

There were several massive LUDs on apporved I-140s in recent months, mine was LUDed on 07/28/07 along with many others. No activity whatsoever on my I-485 since then - still stuck in NC. So I think these LUDs are some kind of internal housekeeping not related to I-485 processing.
One more
My approved I-140 got LUD on 11/17/07.
I had a similar LUD with no status change in 5/2006 as well.
May some kind of automated processing every 18 months
Not sure if this one is linked to our AP processing which is pending at present.
There were LUDs on mine and my spouse's pending I-131 (AP) cases as well.

Yes. For some reason TSC updates 140 whenever they look into used Travel Document. I think they usually do it with 90 days of the travel document is used. Apart from this they may also update I140 every 18-24 months on approved I140's. May be that is maintenance job.

Today I was checking my case status on line at USCIS website. I was baffled to see LUD 11/04/2007 on I-140.
I am concerned and worried.
Appreciate anyone sharing your thoughts.

LUD on 140
I had a LUD on my approved I140 on 11/25/2007, my 140 was approved in Apr 2005, my NC and everthing is clear but PD is not current, any idea what could it be for ?
