I have been following your own posts, too. Congratulations on passing the I-140 hurdle!
Given that you lost so much time at the Labor Cert. stage, I was at a loss to understand, why you did not file your I-485 together, or soon after? In these times of uncertainity, who is to tell about the future, and especially because of the 'temporary' nature of employment (We all know that "Corporations" have vanished in little/no time!)

Anyway, you must (now) look forward:
a) Go to your FP interview per schedule; do not re-schedule!
b) Lookout for change in online status soonafter: "Results of FP rec'd.", etc., etc.
c) After a month or so, you might like to follow-up (by e-mail) with FBI - for Name Check.

I am optimistic that you will soon receive your approval. The CSC is working frantically, no doubt! :)

I140 - Approved at Last on 11/12/2004.

I140(EB3) - Approved at Last on 11/12/2004.

Recd an email from USCIS stating the case is approved & we mailed the letter on 11/12/2004.

RD & ND - Sep 10th 2003
RFE - Sep 23rd 2004 (Spellings in my first name - Lawyer replied that it was due to phonetic)
RFE Reply - Oct 13th 2004
140 Approved - 11/12/2004

Opted for CP on 140 - Expecting interview after 6 to 7 months from now.

485 LUD again changed to 11/15/2004,I140 not touch

my I485 LUD again changed today 11/15/2004 but I140 is still showing same, no chang. I am confuse , this is the second time when my I485 LUD changed but I140 Still showing old date.

my I485 LUD again changed today to 11/16/2004 ,yesterday I485 was changed to 11/15/04 but I140 is still showing same, no change. I am confuse , this is the third time time when my I485 LUD changed but I140 Still showing old date.

hope the LUD changes bring in a approval of your 140. Didn't you file 485 with your 140??

You might get a approval of your 140 and 485. There were several similar posts where there were LUD changes in 485 and ended up with approvals of both 140 and 485. Some of them saw online status changes when their applications got approved but some of them didn't see any change even after receiving the approvals from USCIS. Please note that your 140 approval goes to your attorney. The minute you get your 485 approval, assume that your 140 is also approved and has gone to your attorney.

Yes, it is concurrent. For my wife's inquiry (on 485, EAD, AP), they sent me an update by snail mail saying "Your application are pending review and additional system checks.”. For my inquiry their reply was "This case is with an adjudicating officer".
 
Finally, my 140(non-cocurrent) is approved.
RD 8/19/03 (guess I'm the oldest case here)
AD 11/12/04


FYI: My LUD changed a couple times. Here are the details:
4/14/04(mass update, I guess)--9/21/04(due to email inquiry)--10/6/04(another mass update???)--10/21/04(due to email inquiry)--11/12/04(finally approval msg)

So I guess your approval makes me the oldest case here. But I have seen a couple of approvals in Aug and Sep 03, so thats a good sign for old timers like us.

Finally, I can give up the crown of the oldest case, as my 140 got approved today :) . I got email at 8:20 AM today and the message change to approved. My LUD had changed on 11/15, 11/16, and 11/17.
Good luck to all people who have filed in 2003 and 2004, because it looks like the are processing the cases in the correct order now.

I saw one RFE issued on 140 with RD 0f 12-mar-04

anyone else got any more updates on that date?

I was scanning the WAC and that is one which was changed on 16th Nov with RFE.

It is not from any thread.
 
Thanks whorl1quote. It was you who drove me towards contacting Congresswoman Eshoo, who then redirected me to Congressman Pete Stark. I think my file "MAY" have been picked up because of the inquiry by Congressman Stark. I hope yours gets approved soon too.
