My LUD is changed to 11/18/2004 message is same. y'day got response from USCIS that "your case is pending review and additional system checks"
So might be LUD changed and message is same 360 & 360 days

God LUD changed with NO NEWS

Seems like anathor Mass Update. LUD changed for just I-140 on Nov 17th 9:00 PM and then on Nov 18th around 10.00 AM. I got all excited, but still the message remains the same, even today

It's not a mass update. i think your case is being worked on. It usually takes a couple LUD changes and sometimes even a week after LUD change to see message changes. Some people only see LUD changes and receive approval in the mail without message change.

About LUD Change

yes, its ture, LUD will change couple of time before approving case, in last one week , I have seen all the cases either approve or RFE, one is denied,whose LUD was change, except me. My I485 LUD was changed on 11/15 and 11/16 but not change in I140 LUD so I am totally confuse.As Bada Bahai, Lud changed for I140 first so your case touching chances are more. lets , hope for best.

My LUD Changed today for I-1485, EAD and AP when I returned from FP appointment. However I-140 LUD is still 04/14. Wonder if this has to do with the call that I made for the address change on 10/28.

I check my LUD almost every hr to see any new developments. Its become a habit like checking emails. So, thats why I know when it changed. Nobody posts time, just the dates get updated. But this moment is freaking me out.

Only thing I can tell you is I recieved the e-mail and the mail was sent at 02.45 in the morning.

This observation is a pure guess of mine. As you all know DOL stopped processing of labour during last half of last year, they were almost no new applications filed in I140/I485 during those months. So now, it is just appearing that I140 was moving real fast as they have less applications to handle. I think lot of labour approvals were seen starting early this feb and people started applying for I140/I485 more from March time frame and so I guess the process may be real slow from now on ie from March on. so the indefinite suk**g wait would continue.. Again, this is JUST an observation of mine.

My 140 RD is March 12 2004 and the new processing date for 140 is 22 Match.

when can I enquire abt the status of my case?

you could initiate a inquiry after 30 days...of your RD being crossed...
