Hi Xyz,

Due to heightened security, cases have been taking longer than is indicated
in
the JIT report. This case is waiting for a response from our standard
security
checks. You will be notified when a decision has been made. Thank you.

Same to you...

What is your RD for 140 and 485?

Remember that you yourself have no locus standi to enquire/follow-up on the I-140. You could involve either your employer, or Attorney. I am not sure your Attorney will empathize much with your concern; so, you might like to involve your employer. You might explain that there could always be an RFE (which has limited time to respond) that was issued - which could get lost in the mail, etc., etc. Hence, the need to let USCIS know.
Your HR could then write to CSC.XII.140@dhs.gov - while including info. such as Receipt #, RD, Category filed under, beneficiary's name, DoB, Position Title, and date of employment.
Thanks for your response. The problem is that in my case neither the employer nor the attorney would be willing to do anything. Can I try sending an email myself?

I called the national service center and initiated an inquiry on I-140. However the response would go to the attorney or the employer. I haven't heard about the results of that one. Though my lawyer did another inquiry (emai) and heard back in a couple of weeks. I see no harm in trying.

It is really your call; however, I would not enquire, myself - simply because it is inappropriate. Do you know a colleague, "Steve", or "Joe" that might be willing to write/enquire?

If it is inappropriate they wouldn't do it. I told them straight up I was the applicant not the employer or attorney on record.

I believe you didn't get me!

"Who" are you referring to? ...did you call USCIS, and enquire, while disclosing your identity?
What I suggested was to initiate an enquiry via e-mail; I asked if you knew a colleague well, so he/she would agree for your sake.

You know what

HI Guys

As mentioned earlier, my LUD was changed this afternoon 11/12, and there is no change in the status.

Now you know what I have got the I-140 Approval notice email..... Hurrey ....

I have filed my I-140 (Semi concurrent) EB2-RIR in CSC on Feb 5th 2004 and first LUD was 4/13 and second is today 11/12 and also the approval date.

Have a question though, does the physical apporval notice will be posted to me or to the lawyer ?

Once again Wish you a Happy diwali and All the best for your cases too.

I140 approval notice will go to your lawyer because it is your company's petition. Congratulations!

EB2-NIW: I140 & I485 approved (CSC)

Hi Guys, never post message here before, but I have browsed this website all the time since this June. I just found my I140 & I485 (including my spouse's I485) approved. I am so happy! :) but I have not got approval notice by mail yet.

Here I want to share my information with you guys:

Self-filed EB2-NIW @ CSC:

I140:: RD: 10/16/2003, ND: 10/16/2003, AD: 11/12/2004, LUD: 11/12/2004
I485:: RD: 09/13/2004, ND: 09/16/2004, AD: 11/12/2004, LUD: 11/12/2004
FP: 10/06/2004

Wish you guys all good luck!

P.S. found I140 & I485 LUD changed in the afternoon 11/12/2004 with no change of online status, I140 case status via CIS phone system was temporary down. And got approval email notices in the midnight and online status & phone system also changed by that time.

semi-concurrent, Congrats. did you receive CIS email on Sat.?

Thank you, Whorl1Quote. Yes, I received the e-mail Fri. night (I have received all of my e-mail after 11pm PST)
I have been following your posts, and believe you too are in line for approval - probably within a fortnight.

Semi-conc'nt 04,

Congratulations on completing the GC journey. Hope all others waiting in line get thier approvals.

Thank you, GCforAll2003, I am sure your approval too is just around the corner. I have been following the patterns, and it appears that they are simultaneously (as opposed to linearly) processing cases, year-wise.
Good luck, and rest assured that your day is imminent.

Congratulations Semi-conc'nt 04,

HI

Enjoy sur, I have enjoyed your comments for the past 2 weeks. So Just wondering since your approval has come, does this mean you will leave this forum ? or do we get to hear from you once in a while ?
