Last updated date changed for Jan '03 case

I-94 form with AP

My wife is going to return to US this weekend. Do you guys know what should she write in the I-94 where it says "City where Visa is issued", etc. Also, which I-94 does she need to fillup (the one for visa holders or the one for GC holders?)

Even my wife is returning to USA middle of next week. I dont know what to write either.. I think the officer will direct us...
If I am not wrong, she should write VERMONT Center....

Thanks 'needhelp' your output's about FBI name check is reasonable and i to agree with that.

By the way Your ND and RD are same as mine. but you got fp2 on aug7 and i got aug17 :( , looks like on of these days we may click. :eek:

Guys can you help

My wife and son want to go india by this month end. We have 7th year extn stamped in the passport, recently(8/17) i did my fp2. if they go india and i got approved Can they go for stamp once they come back. or is there any speci date we have to go stamping...

I think it should not be a problem as one of my friend went to India and he got his I485 approved and after he came back to US, he had done his stamping. But he entered on a Parolee status as he completed his H1 6 years quota.

Yours should be any day now. I am actually planning on applying AP2 for myself or my wife and see if it can trigger our approvals.

What to do Bhai, it look like probably, I still owe something to Uncle Sam!

Wish you and other folks will get the "good news" very soon. I believe it's matter os IIO getting to your cases.

LUD – 7/29/04


NO approval.


I feel like a drowning man who can see the liferaft but can’t swim against the current to get to it!!


One day…… hope fully soon.

Congrats to all those who have AP – lets hope the rest follow soon and this thread can finally disappear!!!!

You have at least got your FP2. I am sure your day is very near.
For me......l I feel like a drowning man who does not see anything at all for my rescue. :eek:
RD=12/13/02 LUD=6/14/04 FP1=expired. No FP2 notice. AD is a dream. :eek:

Thanks Gorilla. There is a saying in Southern India that "If you don't ask then your Mother will also not feed you !". So yesterday, I had again Applied for my second AP via Online, so atleast that will help the IIO who is working on my case to approve if everything is ready!. I am really becoming restless quite recently and I wish that we start seeing August FP2 cases too.
