I think cases starting from Thirdweek of jan'03 cases are not yet touched because of FP expiration.

Very good. I was not sure if VSC is processing any July FP2 cases beyond Oct '02 RD/ND. Thats not the case, atleast now.

Today, we are seeing some approvals for FP2 done in July 04. I am kind of excited as in the next week or the coming next week, we can see some approvals for Fp2 done in Aug 04 too. :D

To add some more exitement to Dec/Jan with July FP2 guys, my I-1485 got approved yesterday 8/27/04 but wife's is still pending. I am watching this thread from 6/14/04 and finally its my turn. So guys stay tuned yours is on the way. Sanga & needhelp1 yours may be due today.

First things first, CONGRATULATIONS

Just get the passport stamped and go wherever you want. You will get the notice very shortly and few centers even do it with online printout. Have fun.


I have never been so on my toes about this GC thing. I gave FP2 on same date as you and waited patiently for 7 weeks and now am checking status too many times a day. I know it's not going to help but can' help myself either.

Hopefully we will see some more approvals for Dec/Jan ND and July FP2 folks.

I know, no body knows How INS does things. I did my FP2 on 7/10 but its scheduled on 7/15. So my LUD is 7/21. Where as my wife did fp2 with me on 7/10 ( her schedule date 8/14 ) - her LUD is 8/22.Her's is still not approved. It appears the LUD's are a week from scheduled date. So it appears they are following some order (like fp2 schedule date -INS auto alert system depends on that) . May be it also depends on the State. What ever it may be I still think yours is already due.

Thanks gcinfo1971 for the support and Congratulations on this endless journey of GC.

I sincerely wish that CIS should also approve all pending 2001 and till mid 2002 cases atleast before approving any cases further. I understand it will be really nice to see approvals of any day, but when somebody who's I485 is pending from long will really get disappointed and will go through lots of lots of mental strain apart from the stress of immigration issues.
 
What happened to approvals?.... Not many recently.

I think that Sanga and my day will be coming soon. Also I heard someone got approvals on the B-day. My B-day will be one week away. Hopfully it triggers the approvals.

I am also little over two weeks away from the B day. Hopefully CIS will get it done by then.

I've faxed FBI name check status inquiry today. (If it's pending there is no point in keep checking status everyday..!!)

Hi Sanga,

My ND 01/25/03 is same as yours and I too did FP2 on 07/19/04. I am in big tension and checking everyday minimum 5 times online status. Nothing happening. Can you tell format and where to fax for FBI name check status enquiry. Thanks in advance
