any EB2 Concurrent 140 been approved

My Case EB2(RIR) RD Oct,1,2005, concurrently 140/485 WAC060015xxxx,
LUD 03/22 transfer to TSC
anybody raise a inquiry to USCIS,what is the answer?
I have wait almost 7 Months for my 140, do you know what is going on.
what happen to EB2 concurrent Filing?
 
I-140 approval

I received my I-140 approval email today from USCIS. After waiting for my labor approval for 3.5 years, it was definitely a shock receiving my 140 approval in 2 months. I am not eligible to file 485 because of retrogression though.... Thanks for your updates guys, it is my only source of knowing where my case stands.

LC AD: Jan, 2006
I-140 efile : Feb 15, 2006
I-140 AD: April 18, 2006
I-485 : Waiting to file
 
How much time to get Hardcopy of approved I-140

Any one has any idea approximately with in how many days we receive hardcopy of approved I-140?

Hi,

My understanding is every I-485 applicant's name will go through the name check process. During the name check process, any name partially/fully matches with FBI criminal/references name, then only the process will take longer.

I have been waiting since september, 28th. Its been 7 months now.
And I don't even know where is my case? CSC or TSC? I have no LUD and
no TSC Transfer Email either. So...just waiting..and waiting!

I did not receive that email.. I received my case was trasferred to TSC and thats it..

I got the same email but I got another apporval email after 6-7 hours... I repeat after 6-7 hours.

May be you too will get approval email soon....

How about NIW or EA

Seems all approvals on CSC transfer cases are LC-based. Is there any NIW or EA case approved after transfer? I am afraid TSC and NSC are working on setting up a new standard on this kind of cases.

My husband and I got our fingerprinting done today and got this email in the afternoon..

On March 29, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent
Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking
between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will
mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

We're still waiting for I140, no LUD, EB2 concurrent filed case that is transferred to TSC.

Did anybody see this 800 - 850 days message before?

Dying with the waiting period :( :(
