ahaly,

Hmm....He got that message on I-140 that is interesting...generally such notice are made on I-485..... Well then we all have to wait and see..It is possible that his case is approved and they sent an approval notice or an RFE.

Thanks for bringing it up.

Best,
I had this same message 2 weeks ago..But did not receive anything in mail..
2 days ago my case was updated with "Sent a RFE"

This is the first concurrent filed case that was tranferred from CSC to TSC got TOUCHED, so far as I know. No matter what message for him, it is a good news for us that the concurrent filed cases finally got touched.

I received this e-mail from CRIS this morning regarding my I-140:

"On April 21, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

What exactly does this mean? Anyone else received this e-mail? Thanks a lot!

I guess, you have concurrent 485 (EB2 or EB3) is pending. Correct? How about your EAD/AP petitions, did you filed/approved? If so, was there any LUD?

Congratulations ooooo!! This is great news! I have an EB-1-OR and an EB-1-EA application pending. The EB-1-OR was filed around the beginning of Oct. It is good to see that they have started processing EB-1s. I thought that they were waiting for the priority dates to become current so as to process I-485 simultaneously.

Did you get email update before getting the hardcopy?

I-140 approved, but not the one I want

Hi, I have one I-140 approved. This is EB2 based I-140 only (no I485) filed around Nov 20 2005 in CSC and later transferred to TSC. The receipt number for it is WAC-06-045-XXXXX

I have another I-140 which is EB1 OR based concurrently filed with I-485 and AP in CSC in later Sep 2005 (recepit numbers are WAC-06-001-XXXXX). No update yet after they are transferred to TSC. This is the one I really want because I can use the AP if I-140 approved.

It seems concurrently filed cases still fall behind for some reason.

EB1-OR approval

Firstly, thanks to all members of the forum and congrats to those who have been approved. Mine's also been approved recently and here's the info:

- EB1-OR
- RD on Feb 27 (efiling), 1st LUD - transfered from CSC to TSC - on Mar 21, 2nd LUD & AD on Apr 21

Now I'd like to ask a question on I-485:
* Situation: My wife now is visiting parents in my country (on H4) and got her re-entry visa already. I also want to go there and come back here with her in June.
* It seems there are 3 options to me:
1. I (H1B) go visit my parents and come back here then file I-485 all together
2. I delay my trip, wait for my wife and file all together
3. I bring my wife and file all together.

I'm not sure if Option 1 is safe for both of us? Option 2 is safe for my wife's return? Option 3 is the most costly coz I & my wife have to change air ticket. Please advice and elaborate on the risk to Options 1 & 2.

I do hope the processing will be very speedy for everyone from Apr 1, given that the US has to compete with other countries.

Thanks much.

I140 approved

Just want to share the good news with everybody here. I received the emails this morning from USCIS and CRIS regarding my I140 approval. Here's the part of the email.

This case has been approved. On April 22, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

Here's the details of my case.

RN: WAC060455xxxx
EB2

And one of my colleague's I140 was approved one day before mine too. His EB2 I140 was filed one week after mine.

Looks like TSC is really working hard to get rid of the backlog from CSC. Hope everybody will get your approval real soon.

Cheers,
WangChung

congrats

I-140 approved

I got my I-140 approval today. Interestingly I did not
get any "TSC Recieved" emails prior to the approval emails.

Here are the details:

CA-EB2-India-PD 12-2002
I-140 RD:11/22/2005 ND:11/23/2005 AD:04/25/2006
I-485: Waiting to file in May

LUDs:
11/22/05 - Case received by CSC
03/22/06 - Case transfered to TSC
04/25/06 - Case Approved

Thanks to everyone in the forum for all the info and for helping
me keep my sanity through the process.

Good luck.

The first letters for my I-140 is WAC06006. I contacted my lawyer and also searched online, it seems like the message really can mean many things, but not final approval. So the waiting continues... Very glad to see many other people got approvals recently. Keep thinking positive...

Thanks, srignram. I've not filed 485 yet because of retrogression. I don't remember the exact ND. But it's after Thanksgiving of 2005. It's around 11/28/05. You can calculate it from the WAC number. Wish you the best luck.

it should be nov. 30!

Congrats WangChung. mine is 044 so, yours should be ND 11/30/05.

I just ask my lawyer to start a inquiry, but no feedback yet.
anybody get concurrent EB2 approve? anybody get some inquiry answers

Congratulations to all those who already got their approval.

No update on my case. I have stopped tracking too.

The entire process sucks and adds unnecessary tension to allready troubled (due to boss/spouse/traffic) souls.
