I140 Transfer from CSC to TSC

What was the online message status prior to FP? If your PD is not retrogressed, then I think 800-900 days of processing 485 is expected. Correct?

Gurus, need help,
My husband and I got our fingerprinting done today and got this email in the afternoon..

On March 29, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent
Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking
between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will
mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

We're still waiting for I140, no LUD, EB2 concurrent filed case that is transferred to TSC.

Did anybody see this 800 - 850 days message before?

Dying with the waiting period :( :(

My PD is current, and the online message before getting the FP done was just that 485 has been transferred to TSC on March 22nd...

Concurrent I140

Seems all approvals on CSC transfer cases are LC-based. Is there any NIW or EA case approved after transfer? I am afraid TSC and NSC are working on setting up a new standard on this kind of cases.

Folks,
I saw this is in the 485 forum, thought I'd share it with u.. Looks like this person had filed a concurrent case and has got I140 approval...

Hi Gc_chk

I am in the same status as you are.

I love those 'Magic 8 ball' guesses. They are based on NOTHING concrete but they sure can make people's angry.

Hi Permfaq: I got the same msg as you about 1 minute ago after I completed by FP this morning. 800-900 days? Darn! Crossiing my fingers on my 140

Hi maith,

Was both yours and your husband's I-485 status adjusted after FP? I received the same message (850-900 days) after FP but my wife did not...

The number of days is probably overestimated to discourage us from inquiries. People have been receiving messages stating that processing I-140 takes 400-450 days and then had their I-140 approved within hours... So, we should not pay too much attention to that part of the content of the LUD message...

Yep both my husband and I got this LUD individually after our FP was done.

I've got the same message!

I've got the same message this evening. Well, I did my FP this morning. My wife could not do it since she was traveling and coming back tomorrow. They sent me FP otice this monday. What a short notice. My cases were filed last November right before Thanksgiving. My PD is current!

maith: can your I485 processing be complete before I140 processing? I am ignorant about this part of the process and I am wondering how the status has changed before your 140 approval.

140 needs to be approved first

Ahaly,
Nope, 140 needs to be approved first or with 485 as far as I know...
That's why I don't know what to make of this message :( I'm thinking its probably just data entry in their database that FP is done...

Extremely disappointing and frustrating three weeks at TSC esp for concurrent filers

It's been three weeks since the I-140 applications were transferred to TSC and the jury is out on the current state of progress.

It's been an extremely disappointing and frustrating three weeks esp for concurrent filers some of whom have been waiting for more than 8-9 months. We have seen some out-of-line approvals in Jan/Feb 06 but some of the people who filed in Sep 05 are still waiting.

This endless delay is not just additional wait but could seriously jeopardise the GC chances of some unlucky persons.
1. The person is unable to invoke AC-21.
2. The person is unable to maintain proferred wage for infinity due to this long wait ( LC + I-140 ).
3. Sponsoring company may go out of business in this infinite wait reducing years of sacrifices to worthless trash.

Seriously this is an unjustified torture by keeping our lives in limbo.
C'mmon TSC. Please wake up and get really cracking on the CSC I-140's using the principles of fair play.

Good luck to everyone else who is waiting and thank you all for being a part of this forum and keeping everyone informed.

I am in the same boat. I filed about 6weeks before you. My 765 is transferred to Local for interview(??) and wait forever. My 6 month clock started on 11/29/05 and June 1st seemed never come. Well, it is about a month from now. When can I get out of this modern slavery?

What exactly does this mean? Anyone else received this e-mail? Thanks a lot!
