I140 Transfer from CSC to TSC

this sucks big time. i havnt seen any activity for cases applied in first week of october in last 3 days. isnt it possible to initiate a query as a group?
 
I had called TSC. As per them , they can not give this info to any one other than attorney or the employer. :(

Did you call the 800 number for USCIS or there is a number for TSC?
 
I got the TSC Notice

I got 4 emails yesterday stating:

On March 29, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was
received here for processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for
us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as
processing is complete.

--------------------------------------

Nothing after that :(
 
THIS IS SOMETHING CALLED BI-SPECIALISATION.

I think from now onwards only two offices will process I-140's (TEXAS and NEBRASKA) and the other two will only process I-129's (VERMONT and CALIFORNIA).

That is why the cases are transferring to respective service centres.

Yup I had called the 1-800 number.

One of my collegue who had applied in Nov got an approval today, his application was transferred to CSC on 21st March. Appears that TSC is approving in the order they received from CSC!!!!!!!!

It is such horrible process guys.

Sadly this is not true. I have seen examples where cases were transfered on 24th March and still got the approval... its purely random.
 
It is not true that you get the approval right after the first LUD.

I received an LUD on 4/17/2006 and then another one on 4/27/2006. It was approved this morning. You might want to wait a week or two for the outcome. Hope this helps.
 
When can I file I-485

Hi guys,

My I-140 got approved 2 weeks back.
My case is CA-EB2 and my PD is 02/15/2003, If my PD is current in next month's VB (June VB), when can I file my I-485?
I mean I have wait until June 1st or I can file immediately after VB because June VB will be released second week of May.

Hi Telugu Veerudu,

If your PD will be current in June 06 Bulletin, your I-485 application can be file starting from June 01, 2006. Make sure that your application should not reach to center prior to June 01st. (example: May 31, 2006).
If do this, there will be chances that your application will be rejected because your PD is not current on that received date.

Lost my job before I-140 approved. Now what can I do?

Lost my job unexpected with I-140 pending at TCS (transferred from CSC). My PD is 10/05/2005.

Now what can I do?

Will the company "bother" to withdraw it?

Will I-140 get approved? If so, can I still use AC21, I think not, but any input is welcomed.

Approval notice

Hi guys, I am wondering normally when can you receive your approval notice after receiving your approval email? I haven't received notice until today. My EB1-EA was approved on Apr. 25, with RD Feb. 15. Transfer to TSC on Mar 21.
 
I got my email approval on 04/18 and receive the hard copy on 04/24. so you would expect around a week .

Folks,
Can you please call USCIS and ask them specifically about the transferred case and let us know what they say.

We called them twice and spoke to different reps and we were told that all the transferred cases should be processed within 90 days of the transfer date. This was a consistent reply from both the reps.

Also since I140 approvals, etc come to the lawyer, lets each one of us try to push our lawyer to do something about it as well besides the petition, etc..

Since united force will work better than individual coaxing..

God bless us through this 'gamble'!

No, I didn't see any LUD. Just straight approval email.
