I140 and I485 concurrent file and I140 approved, I485 Pending Thread

Hey Folks,

On August 23, 2005 I received
Notice Type: Approval Notice


The letter says “In processing your case we have reached the point where we need you to make an appointment to go to one of out Application Support Centers to have same additional Biometrics taken.”

There is no mention of my case being approved.

LUD 8/05/05, 08/08/05, 0811/05, 08/16/05, 08/17/05

But the online massage is:

Current Status:

Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on April 6, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

EB3 October cycle - question

Hello all,

Is it true that starting this october (in less than a month), new green cards will be available for eb3 category ? I did not know that there is a limite on number of GC's available for eb3 every year.

I moved to different state/city. I sent a mail to my lawyer but no reply from him. What is the procedure to change the address for pending 140/485.

I have applied I485 and I moved. I am filling AR11 form I have few questions
1. waht to put in "I am in the US AS:", I am putting I-485 and checking "other" is it ok?
2. What to fill in A#? I am filling I94 number. Is it ok? or do I need to fill A# from I485 receipt.
3. What to fill in "May stay in the US Expires on: " which date to put?



I am planning to send a letter to TSC what address to send?

Please help me in clarifying these questions.

Any new 485 approvals from texas.

Mine was filed in Oct 4, 2004.

Any body got approvals before this please let me know
