What date was your application received in TSC. I do not have my 140 receipt no hence dont know whether its approved or still pending.So just wanted to guess using everybody else's received date regarding my application?Any inputs.

Hmm, why is no one using the profile anymore???

It's been a while since I visited this forum for the last time. I found that now not any person is using the profile. Why don't we use the profile to share each of our case status?

You can simply click to 'User CP', click 'Edit Signature' and put your case status information such as I-140 RD, AD, I-485 RD, AD, etc into the profile area (as you see mine). It will show up on your each reply automatically whenever you post anything. It will also be updated automatically on all of your previous replies when you change your profile.

FYI, my I-485 case has been pending over 2 years due to the infamous FBI Namecheck. I wonder when it will be done......

Can I take an infopass appointment and find out whether my 140 is approved ?Any inputs.
 
Try infopass and request the fingerprint notice....

You were supposed to receive the fingerprint notice way earlier. Try the infopass and ask about the current status of your application. Then, request for the fingerprint notice. The immigration officer at infopass might be able to issue you a notice right away or within a few days.

Normally, officers at infopass wouldn't be that much cooperative if your case is within the processing time frame. They usually respond to the cases at least 6 months past due the processing time frame.
 
TSC File in review question ?

Hi, My PD is June 2002 and I file for I140 and I485 in Nov 2007 in EB2 category. I just returned from Infopass appointment at Newark. The agent their told me that my file (I485 adjustment of status) is current in review by TSC Service center agent and told me to that all other checks are completed. They still didn't approve my I140 yet.
What is the average time for the agent to review the case ? Does anyone know ?
