This is fine. Two jobs, two H1, two visas numbers. Only issue I see is, a new petition would be only be for next year.

Either way good luck and we can take H1 off this thread which as pointed by others, in the first place was not the right place.

Could you please clarify - what is your 140 Receipt Date at NSC? Is your 140 approved on 09-05-06? Thanks for the information.
 
Is any of the processing center now doing anything exept processing the preminum ones. In my opinion processing the regular one faster will defeat the purpose of having a premium process and earning big bucks.

Here is my details:

I140FD: May 11 2006
I140 RD: May12 2006
I140ND: May 12 2006
LUD: July22nd

Then upgraded my case to PP on Sep 12th.

LUD changed on Sep 13th to "Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on September 12, 2006............."

Nothing happened for 15 days , Attorney called USCIS and they said my case is not eligible for PP because attorney lost the original Labor certificate and he had sent a copy of the same for PP. So they are returning the PP fees and cancelling the application for PP and placing my case under normal processing with the old RD.

LUD still the same as Sep 13th....

when did u send them request for PP, just trying to figure out how long does it take to upgrade. i send them yesterday and have not recieved any message yet.

does check has to be clear before they take application for PP???

Got this response from lawyer
'yes your I-140 for Premium Processing was filed on 10/5/2006 by Fedex xxxx'

And after that got mails from USCIS
 
I140 - EB2 or EB3

From the receipt notice for I-140, is there any way to find out if the application is filed for EB2 or EB3?

On the top right side of the Receipt notice under Section: you will have either
203(b)(1), Sec. 203(b)(2), Sec. 203(b)(3)

Where (b)(1) stands for EB1 (b)(2) stands for EB2 and so forth.
