We all are f***in frustrated with these idiots sitting at CIS.
All I was suggesting is to calm down and do a bit of research before posting the question, you may find the answer right away.

did you actually posted pp request on 10/9. i also fedex on 10/9 and it was overnight and i still have not recieved anything as of yet?

Thank you very much. Yes, the attorney sent it thru overnight on 10/09. 11th night I saw that the message's changed that the PP request was received on the 10th, and last night I got the approval notification emails. My PD is 07/2002 may be that made it faster - don't know. Just hang in there, it is only matter of days for you. Good luck.

How many Email did You got?
I got 3 emails from CRIS with the approval.and NOT a single mail from USCIS

i send my request on 10/9 for PP , lawyer has send me fedex tracking number which says someone has received request on 10/10. i suspect my case has been transfered to Texas, thats why i have not recieved update yet. i filed concurrent to begin with. if they send my case to Texas (as in case of ParamNY) would they also transfer 1-485?????
