my Lawyer send request on 10/9 monday and i have not recieved anything yet. i think first LUD should change message too ..a default message that says pp request has been recieved. i will keep u poseted

I just recvd email and msg change that PP request received on Oct 11.
Fedex sent - Oct 6. Fedex rcvd - Oct 10.

You probably will get yours today or tomorrow.

My RFE was for A2P and work exp. sent back on 9/20, now they have issued a new RFE, God knows when they will stop.

Also, could you pls tell me how long it took you to receive the actual RFE letter after receiving the email.

Hi GC_rush,
After you upgraded to premium did you receive an email and msg something like this

"Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on so and so date. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."


Do you think this is an RFE or just a email to show the status has changed?

Its time that you realize that you ask so many questions without doing any research. Unfortunately it fills up a lot of space on the forum and divert the real discussion.

why is it so difficult for you to understand this msg from CIS. This clearly says that they have issued you a new receipt with PP on it. THIS IS NOT AN RFE.

pls do some research before you post things like this.

I did not opt for Premium processing as you can see it took
5+ months for processing.

Also,RFE was on Ability to Pay and they wanted to verify my date of my Bachelor's degree.

Received 5 emails last night regarding this.

This was a slightly complex case as my company got acquired before my labor approval. I am relieved as I did not have to go to the end of queue because of this event.

Good Luck to everyone and hope all of you get out of this hole soon enough.

I will hover around the I-140 thread for a week or so and would be willing to answer any queries someone has.

this is totally unbelieveable, although Texas center seems to be more fair but i think they could have done that before. why would they transfer to texas when u upgrade to PP. however your case will be decided soon though.

Today I got 5 emails from USCIS regarding my approvel.
I converted to premium on 6th Oct they received my request on 9th and I got approvel on 11th Oct.

Details can be seen on my signeture !!!

Why does it become complex after an acquisition? I thought case transfers in such cases will be comfortably accepted by USCIS. Did you have any issues coz of the acquisition? Could you please detail what sort of issues.

I note you indicate LC from previous employer - so did you port your PD from that petition?

No,My previous employer is processing my GC as a FUture employee.
I didn't port PD.

My case was approved today!
I did NOT upgrade to PP, it was a regular EB2 case filed on 5/18/2006.
This is such a releif.
