800,000 applications were received in July and August 2007. If you think that a minimum of 200,000 (one fourth) were Indians, then it will take 20 years (10,000 GCs for Indian per year) to get GC.

Updated today, my category EB1C only moved forward 3 days over the last month. Another month of waiting

My I140 has been approved on Oct. 15, 2007. As I was told before, it would take about 9 months to get approval.

Well there are severals approvals posted each day, in trackitt I-140 forum. Filter the data by service center, case type and case status.

Hi manwithnoname, any update on your I140? Mine is still pending RD is 1/24/07 with LUD 04/02/07. Did you put SR? Any one with same LUD pending?

As you might have seen in trackitt, that I received an RFE (on experience letter) on October, responded during November 2nd week. My lawyer is waiting for an update.
