My I-140 has been approved today.

we replied RFE on 5th June and today i got appoval e-mail, RFE was to change EB2 to EB3 as my labor was with bachelor and 3 yrs.

How many days to get the receipt after applying for 140?

Hi All,

As per my lawyer my I-140 was applied nearly 45 days back. He has not yet provided me with the case number and no other details. As per him it is taking time to get this. Is it true? If yes, then how many days it is taking to get the case number. Mine is EB2.

Did you apply for the progressive experience? Is that how your LC was applied? Just want to see what the conditions were when you applied your I-140. Do you have overall more than 5 years of experience in your field.
Your help and answer to these questions will be greatly appreciated.

It seems like NSC is processing first and second week of April.

Since my filing date was also 04/05/06 and I haven't got any approvals yet, I was just wondering if approvals are based on ND. My RD is 04/06 and ND is 04/18.

RD is also listed on the receipt right above ND. BTW my priority date is blank on the receipt. Does anyone has a PD on the receipt if they are not filling cocurrently?

Receipt number

My I-140 was filed on July 13th. I am yet to get a receipt number. Usually how long does this take?

140 Cleared in less then 10 days..amazing

i am totally taken by shock, my I-140 application was received on July 18th and on July28th the approval came through.


i still cant believe it, i hope the status online is true, i havent received the official approval notice yet
