I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

As per AILA update today morning, the NSC is processing now 03/24/2006 I-140 cases. The last updated was on 07/14/2006, cases were processed till 03/17/2006.

AILA has published NSC processing date for I-140 as March 30, 06

This report (http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?bc=1016|8767|6739) shows that NSC has moved about two weeks since the last update. Does anybody in this forum have a FD of March 29 or earlier with a still pending I-140?

There was an update on my case......since it happened on Saturday I was wondering if anyone else got this...earlier on this forum I had noticed a similar update on a Saturday and a lot of people had the same. Just wondering if anyone got the same this time. Thanks

I am still waiting since Feb. I'll have my lawyer inquiry USCIS about the delay.

Same date for lud

My Last update Date changed to 07/29/2006. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I filed my I140 EB2 on May 25th.recived 3 LUDs on June8, June9 and July 29 which is a saturday.

put ur self as a customer and fill out the form and can create a account there. Also after creating the account add your profile. will help...

I replied to my RFE on May 4th 2006. I am still waiting for my I-140 Approval from Nebraska. LUD 07/15/2006.
Is there any one who is waiting for such a long time after RFE from Nebraska?
