Georgia SESA Tracker

Sometimes I feel very weird...

I have been keeping calling the Georgia DOL and I was always told they have processed files on April 22, 04. Of course they will not tell individuale case to me. On the other hand, people filed on April 5 are told that their files were trasnferred to BPC. I am very very confused...

The lawyer would not help at all.
 
They are good, basically they make it diffiuclt for u to reach them and make u keep asking them several times.

At times we need to be careful with these kind of delays in response from lawyers, we must not have any problems because of their slow response
 
yes and no. I do not want to bad mouth or discourage anyone. it all depends. a lawyer must be prepared to answer questions by a client, if it is too legal lawyer can charge money. as we do not know the twists and turns of american immigration law (probably even the lawyers do not know) we generally ask them.
lawyers to who your company is a huge corporate client, are very good to you because your company will give big business and they can charge ur company a lot.
lawyers who deal with small companies can tend to be a bit lethargic to the candidate because small consulting companies have the same attitude.
lawyers who deal with individuals, do not care. all they do is what they are supposed to do for the money they get. it is that they just do not care.
but not all lawyers are the same. i know few lawyers who make it a point to answer questions. they consider every client as important and they want to do justice to their profession.
 
Master Tracker

Hello all,

I am trying to create a master tracker that will help all of us determine where we all fall in the BEC queue.

My goal is to consolidate into a single tracker all pending labor certifications from all STATES and all DOLs.

This will help us in the long run to better understand how BECs will be processing our cases.

I have attached an empty tracker. I will return next Friday, February 11 to “pick it up”.

At that time I will merge all sub-trackers into a single one and post it in the DOL forums section.

I hope you find value in doing this and participate. If your forum has a tracker already, it would be great if someone volunteers and populates the tracker I have posted.

Since it will be hard for me to check all forums next week, if you have any questions, please send me a Private Message.

I came to pick up the tracker today but no one chose to add themseleves to the tracker in this forum.

I will post the consolidated tracker later this week. I will come back to let you know where it has been posted.

Hi all,

I received an email from Phily BRC informing me that they cannot provide any information and that I should contact my attorney or HR department.

Hello all,
I got my 45 day letter today. My HR informed about this.
THe State labor Dept had recieved my application for Labor on 04/05/04.
