did you get your cards at home or at the lawyer's?
Please let me know if you received your cards at home or at the lawyer's addres. We got our stamping done at Newark on 10/27 and are planning to travel for 10 days starting this week. So i am a bit concerned if it arrives during these 10 days.

Cards will come to your home address as ordinary mail so
they will be in your mail box. You do not have to be physically
present to receive them.

with in the Past three hours the message for me and my wife changed to.
On November 18, 2004, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
I never had a Card Ordered message. when I checked around 10 AM EST today, the Message was "This case has been approved...."
From the sound of it, it looks like my card is in the mail. However i never had the Card Ordered message like every body else here ( the CO and CM dates are different).
Anyboody else in the same situation.
Also can some body please post the actual Card Ordered and Card Mailed messages here.

Do not pay too much attention to these messages.
I got Card Ordered message on Nov 12.
I got the card in mail at my home on Nov 15th.
The card mailed message was posted on Nov 16th.
So it is all screwed up, I got the card before card mailed message was
posted.

Yes I got 4 emails. the emails were as following. (same as the case status online)

The response of inquiry
My wife's case has been approved on June 15, 2004 and passport stamped on June 25, 2004 with me. I have received a card, but she didn't. She inquired the status of card on October 1, 2004 and got a mail today from VSC.
It said,
Your I-485 application is still under review for card production.
What this means?
Do you know what they are doing?

Finally the card was mailed today. Here are the details:
PS: 10/27 - Philadelphia
LUD: 11/01, 11/10, 11/11
CO: Message never changed that the card was ordered.
CM: 11/18
"On November 18, 2004, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
CR: Hopefully before the Thanksgiving.
