Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Hey guys, Just wanted to let you know i got GRANTED yesterday and it just showed the update today!!! My court was 11/2019 verbal approval In Tucson Az.

The only thing I am questioning is the fact that the government waved the appeal and now it’s showing that I have until April 26th for an appeal!

It’s standard for them to show it, mine at first said no appeal was submitted but then days later I checked because you know it’s surreal I had to check I thought I was tripping that I was granted but the second time I checked it said appeal has to be submitted by April 17th but the dhs prosecutor had said she wasn’t planning to submit an appeal, set up your info pass after three business days at your local uscis field office, I did already and I checked the status on my uscis account via submitting my file number or ticket number and now it says case for the I-485 was approved, green card is being produced, don’t wait too long

Thanks for the info!! So you have to go to the info pass in person?! I am currently not in Az , i’m temporarily working in another state I’m going to need to talk to my attorney!

I’m from az too two hr drive north, but call them first they don’t make your appointment right there and there, so when I called I hadn’t yet received the IJ order yet, but when I called they were like ok someone is either gonna call you back or email you regarding your appointment, bring the judges order and two passport sized photos, I went to my lawyers office because they received it first and then they called me like a week later to let me know of my appointment, I had it this past 24th Friday. But you should ask or mention that you’re not in az just to see if you could possibly go to a different field office wouldn’t hurt to ask, and if not then make the time to maybe come to az for your appointment that way you get your green card stuff settled, but congrats as of your date on the grant that’s when you became a legal permanent resident!

Thanks so so much i really appreciate you answering my questions!!!I live in Mesa but my court was in tucson!!! I will make the time if it comes to that!!!
