Yes my verbal approval was 5/21 and still pending but I applied for travel documents last year when I lost a family member and it was approved on November 1st this year so I traveled with it

I don’t think 42B case can get travel document. I talked to my lawyer and was told we can’t get one.
Maybe little different than our case?
But I see other guys posted on Fb groups before.
He is 42b applicants got verbally
Then going to apply travel documents 1-131
But he got denied

My lawyer said I can apply and travel while I am waiting but I never did. So hard to understand because there’s a lot information out there that doesn’t make me feel safe on applying for it. Yes it’s not always easy and clearly understandable but I’m glad I gave it a chance by applying because the letter is taking too long to come nowMy lawyer said I can apply and travel while I am waiting but I never did.
