Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know or can someone help me understand what I need to do after the 30 days when your application was granted? The lawyer told me to call this number 1800 3755283 to make an InfoPass appointment, but when we called, it turned out they had no information about the case—they didn’t know anything. We’re lost.

When were you granted what date ??
And do you have your granted letter with you yet ?

Call again! Sometimes there are ppl sitting who have no clue about your case.

Granted date was 12/6/2024 and may husband called the 1800 number and the lady who answered was so rude. no we don't have a letter our attorney send me an email with the information.

we called again and the officer who answered got my husband my husband's information and told him to expect a from an agent with in 30 days.

Today is 30 days
not all operator are rude
EOIR will change in 2 or 3 days to no appealing date
Hopefully
Now just wait for the call they usually call in 3 days and after
That approval letter then green card best of luck to you

I always get goosebumps when I read the last part. My imagination always kicks in- I imagine myself doing the things people do and what I'd do when I am in their shoes. It's always a great feeling!

Matter of 3 days and you'll receive your green card soon!! Best feeling ever!
