Im so sad, I came in 2009, since then going to courts, in 2016 my case was administrative closed, in 2019, I decided to reopen, my individual hearing was supposed to be last year on september 28th, they did something wrong and reeschedule to march 13th, and that day the judge didnt show up. Now I just checked the sistem as I do everyday and she reeschedule for 2 years, THIS is so unfair! Im so sad 14 years in this county and day after day is being hard, I already lost so many people ....

This happened to me in the past I had a court date for April 2020 the judge rescheduled to march 2022 after rescheduled again for 2023. But I told my lawyer to try to change that so he was able to get me scheduled for 2022. Just ask your lawyer because a lots of people change their dates all the time. Ey guys just an update, I when to my infopass appointment yesterday was really fast took me about 10 minutes and they told me to wait a couple of weeks to process everything, so I'm just going to wait.
What’s the requirements the info pass?

Just the grant letter from the judge, 2 passport photos, an ID or passport, and print you appointment letter and you just have to fill out a form with some personal information like name A# and adress and you parents name not much it's very simple and fast.

Just make sure when you call to set up you appointment for the infopass be ready to answer the phone after they cayou to set up you appointment if miss the call you will have to call to set another appointment. Mine was really fast I called to schedule the call las Friday and by this Monday they call me to set up the appointment for the infopass. And they gave it to me for the next day wich was yesterday. So I'm done with all the process,I just have to wait for the my card on the mail.
