My only comments are:

1. the Congressional staff needs a way to contact us. Give my phone numbers or choose among yourselves. If you give our numbers, let me know so I will alert our team members to look for any phone calls we get.

2. I think Monica has a slightly changed motto for ImmigrationPortal.Com letterhead ("Diginity,Equality,Acceptance"). Monica, please update.

Rest all is a go.

Rajiv,
We'll use your phone number, I feel that's better than providing our phone number.
Thanks.

Monica,
Please post the updated document(Phone number & motto) here. Thanks.
Thanks.

Monica, thanks. It looks fine at least to me.
COuld you please, provide it as a WORD document?
It would make it more transportable.

Monica,
You used the prior version. The modified version has actual reference to backlog statistics.

The modified version was mailed to Rajiv and also available in this page .

Please update the right version.

Thanks.

It is good to send pdf as people cannot modify it, and it looks professional. Your choice Monica!

Here is the pdf version of Edison's letter for viewing/downloading.

Congresswoman Anna Eshoo (14th CA)
U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA)
and is trying to:
U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (CA)
( because a fax line has been busy ) ... completed at 1:20pm PST
using sai-2367's PDF wih my signature and address,
so you may have a contact from members of Congress of California.

EFFORTS

Rajiv,

We certainly need to create something for coordination, either under this thread or another.
kashmir's efforts are congratulated.
What is the plan with the Congress petition? I am working on pushing this by contacting a specific member of Congress (maybe meet)once we send the petition.
I gave all law firm's information to Maria Panaritis, of Pliladelphia Inquirer.

Cinta, You can talk to Rajiv and update us or I can also join this conversation, either way it's fine with me.

Edison,

Why don't you take this initiative also, maybe with kashmir? I am really busy with job duties (catch up). Let me stay in the background for now as I do not want to "disturb" the peace between my self and my company for now. I should be careful..I can explain more in a private e-mail maybe..I can certainly join in if need be.

As cinta mentioned above, I think Edison is the right person.
I will take an action in California and report its result here.
